Azimuth reaches 20 year point! So when is the over-the-hill tour? How about, never! Yet unlike other bands we have improved throughout our musical journey, our next pop album, Above and Beyond's production has taken things up a notch. So we've learned a thing or two over time, check out our pictures in this 2 decade span at our band page.
AzimuthMusic.Com has had a facelift! We have incorporated four websites into one site. Now we have all of our pop, piano, praise and worship MP3's, our midi files and sheet music ( piano, pop and praise and worship) in one place. Check out AzimuthMusic.
Our first mix is complete! One down, 12 to go folks. Ed Goldfarb has finished the first song for our upcoming Above and Beyond CD. "To You Alone" can be heard now exclusively at Songs of Praise!
What's in the future? That's God's call, but we are planning on having our next CD open some doors we probably should have already kicked in before. We have employed a bit of a pop/praise style on many songs so we can look more into CCLI and publishing. Additionally the new CD will have enough variety to reach a wider audience with radio airplay, thus getting out His word further. And lastly, we are looking into recording a couple of EP's to follow-up our pop CD. An Azimuth Christmas CD with traditionals and originals and a mellow CD with a couple of off-the-wall surpises :) Stay tuned!
